Who are we?

We are an online furniture company that specialises in smart space-saving solutions for your home. Every item in our collection meets the highest standards of craftsmanship and durability, ensuring that you can "Tuck In Tight" for years to come.

What are Murphy Beds?

Murphy beds, also known as wall beds, are cleverly designed space-saving solutions that feature a hinged mechanism allowing the bed to be stored vertically or horizontally against the wall when not in use.

Is your furniture good quality?

Quality is our top priority at Tuck In Tight. All our products are sourced from trusted suppliers and manufacturers who uphold stringent quality guidelines. Our vision is to provide high-quality, long-lasting furniture that will bring you years of enjoyment.

Is there warranty on your products?

Yes, our manufacturers offer a year-long warranty on all products. Please note that this is subject to our T&Cs.

Is it flat-packed?

Yes, all our products are shipped flat-packed.

Do we have to assemble?

Yes, you have to assemble our products. However, to provide you with extra support, we are in the process of working with companies that could assemble our products at your home. 

Do you have a showroom? 

No, we do not have a showroom as we are online-only. We understand you may wish to see the product. Therefore, we offer 30-day returns policy - subject to T&C's of course. 


Delivery

How much is delivery?

We offer free delivery on all orders over £500. For orders under £500, we charge £20. 

How long does delivery take?

The average delivery time ranges from 7-14 working days; some items may require 2-5 weeks for delivery. Once your order is processed and ready for shipment, our dedicated team will schedule a delivery date and inform you of the exact delivery time slot.

Where do we deliver?

Currently, we only deliver to the mainland UK. However, if you live beyond this point but still within the UK or Ireland, please reach out to us at info@tuckintight.co.uk, and we will try our best to accommodate you. 

My delivery has not arrived?

Please reach out to as soon as possible at info@tuckintight.co.uk if your delivery has not arrived with your name, order number and address, 

Can I amend my order?

If you paid your order in full, yes, you can amend it. Email us at info@tuckintight.co.uk with your name and order number and state how you would like to amend your order. Please note that this may affect the delivery date. 

However, if you have financed your order with separate payments, we are unable to amend your order. Once you have received the order, we can cancel it and place a new order. 

Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order once you have placed it, however, we would need to be notified at least 24 hours before delivery is scheduled. 


Returns

What is your return policy?

Your satisfication is a top priority to us. We offer a 30-day return or exchange opportunity from the date of delivery. Assembled or partially assembled furniture signifies acceptance and cannot be returned.

How do I process a return?

Should you need to facilitate a return or exchange, please contact us at support@tuckintight.co.uk, 0333 050 9875 or use our live chat box. Please provide your full name, address, reason for return and photos of the item in its original packaging. 

Who pays for return?

We offer free returns, but please ensure the product remains in its original packaging and condition. 


Payments

What type of payments are accepted?

We accept the following Payment by Debit or Credit Card: Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Visa Electron and Delta Card. Other forms include PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay. We also offer bank transfers.

We have also implemented Stripe for taking payments over the phone. This provides a secure server for processing all card transactions.
