At Tuck In Tight, we strive to make your shopping experience with us as seamless and enjoyable as possible. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we are committed to providing exceptional service for all your delivery and returns needs.

We currently deliver to the majority of the UK but there are still a select few areas which we are unable to deliver. If you fall within that category, please reach out to us. You can check whether this applies to you: 

Delivery Postcode Rules


Order Confirmation:

As soon as you place your order, we will pre-authorise your card, however, your card will not be charged. We will then contact our manufacturer to confirm that the product you have purchased is available for immediate shipment.

Once confirmed, we will process the payment and your order will be dispatched straight away. If there is any delay such as an item which is on backorder, we will void the pre-authorisation and contact you to let you know.

Delivery:

Estimated Delivery Date:

The estimated delivery date varies for most items in our inventory. While the average delivery time ranges from 7-14 working days, some items may require 2-5 weeks for delivery. You can conveniently check the estimated delivery date for each product on its respective product page. Please note that we currently only deliver to Mainland UK. If you wish to purchase a product and are outside this area, please reach out to us. 

Delivery Charges:

We offer free shipping on all orders over £500 throughout the United Kingdom. For orders under £500, there will be a delivery charge of £20. 

On The Day of Delivery:

Our deliveries are currently ground floor only - however, you can opt to
take advantage of our optional delivery service in case their property is located on
the first floor or above in a multi-storey building (such as a second-floor flat). This
service is subject to a £20 charge for the first and second floors or a £40 charge
for the third and fourth floors - and is payable on the day of delivery to the
delivery team!

Please note that should a lift be present in which the packages will fit, no charge
is applicable!

Delayed Delivery:

Rest assured, we make every effort to ensure timely deliveries. While we provide estimated delivery dates in good faith, there may be rare instances where we are unable to meet the specified timescales. In such cases, we will promptly update you with the revised delivery information.

Rescheduling Delivery:

If the provided delivery date is unsuitable or requires re-arrangement, please contact us via email, phone, or live chat on our website at your earliest convenience. Kindly note that we require at least one working day's notice to re-arrange delivery to avoid any additional charges.

Exact Delivery Time Slot:

Once your order is processed and ready for shipment, our dedicated team will schedule a delivery date and inform you of the exact delivery time slot. Typically, this confirmation will be provided 42-72 hours before the scheduled delivery.

Missed Delivery:

In the event that you miss your scheduled delivery, a rescheduling fee of £50 will apply. Please ensure someone is available at the address to receive the delivery to avoid any inconvenience. 

 

Returns:

Returns

At Tuck In Tight, your satisfaction with our products is our top priority.

We offer a 14-day return policy and a 30-day exchange opportunity from the delivery date. Should you need to return or exchange your item, please contact us via email, phone, or live chat.

To facilitate your return or exchange, kindly provide:
- Your personal details (full name and address)
- Order number
- Reason for return
- Photos of the item in its original packaging

If the product doesn't meet your expectations upon delivery, we can coordinate the return. Contact us at support@tuckintight.co.uk or arrange it using a third-party courier.

Collection Fees:
- items under 30kg: £40
- Items between 30-100kg: £60
- Items over 100kg: £90

Ensure the product remains in its original packaging and condition. Assembled or partially assembled furniture signifies acceptance and cannot be returned. Return shipping fees will be deducted from your refund, which varies by item weight.

Refunds:

We process refunds for any damage within 10 business days of inspection. Usage or damage to the item may result in a devaluation charge. For approved refunds, expect the credit to your original payment method within 10 business days. Allow additional time for your financial institution to process the refund. If over 15 business days pass without receiving your refund after approval, reach out to us at info@tuckintight.co.uk.

Exchanges:

We're happy to assist with exchanges for different sizes, colours, or products, following the same policies as returns. For quick exchanges, order your new item before returning the old one. We'll refund you post-receipt of the original, less any return fees, or you can proceed as a standard return. Exchange return shipping costs apply and will be deducted from the refund.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders:

We strive for perfect delivery but advise customers to inspect items before assembly. If damage occurs pre-assembly, please email us at support@tuckintight.co.uk with:
- Order number
- Damage photos

We'll promptly review and address the issue, offering an exchange or a full refund.

Mattress Return Policy:

Mattresses, mattress toppers, and pillows are non-returnable once unpacked. To test, please keep them in their original wrapping.

Cancellations and Order Changes:

You can cancel anytime before dispatch by emailing us at info@tuckintight.co.uk. We can also modify orders before dispatch; email us the details. Please note, order changes post-finance completion may not be feasible.

Important: inspect all product parts within 14 days of receipt without assembling. Once assembly starts, we cannot accept damage claims, and acceptance of the product is acknowledged.
